Calendar Of Important Events/Holidays
The General pick is schedule to run from Monday, October 22, 2007 through Friday, October 26, 2007. The calendar on this page should help our members with their selections.
When using this calendar a few points should be considered:
- The calendar will default to highlight the current date so one will need to use the arrows on the upper left corner to scroll to the desired month/date.
- This calendar uses the LIRR's method (not to anyone else's standards) of numbering the weeks.
- Monday is used as the start of the week conforming with the LIRR's vacation calendar (vacations run Monday - Sunday).
- To view details of an event - if available - click on the event and then click on the "more details" link.
- Not all Holidays listed are "paid holidays".
- For vacations, weeks with no slots remaining are labeled "Unavailable".
