For Help with Registration and Logging-In Issues

The form found on the following page should only be used by members that are having difficulty registering for or that are having trouble logging in to our forums.

If you have registered and you can log in to our forums but you are experiencing a problem with another part of our web site or you just want to submit a comment please log in to our forums and start a new topic in our Feedback, Bugs & Announcements Forum.

For those who have registered and are experiencing some sort of difficulty logging in please review our Frequently Asked Question titled Login and Registration Issues before submitting a "trouble ticket".

If you've merely forgotten your password you can use the "Forgotten Password" link to have a temporary password emailed to you. If you've forgotten your Username, we'll be able to assist by supplying your Username, just include the email address you used for your account on the Help Form.

You must agree to these statements prior to submitting a Help Form:

I am a current or retired Member of BLET, Division 269.
I am having trouble registering or I have registered and cannot log in.
